Tirumala: The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has announced new guidelines allowing Telangana public representatives to secure Srivari darshan through recommendation letters. This decision was taken following the orders of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, as per an official statement released by TTD.
According to the new guidelines, Telangana public representatives can submit recommendation letters for VIP Break Darshan only on Sundays and Mondays, facilitating visits on Mondays and Tuesdays. Additionally, letters will be accepted for the Rs.300 Special Entrance Darshan on Wednesdays and Thursdays, applicable for visits on the same day. Each recommendation letter will accommodate up to six devotees. This new policy will come into effect from March 24.
TTD also revised the existing system for Andhra Pradesh public representatives. Until now, recommendation letters for VIP Break Darshan were accepted on Sundays for Monday visits. Moving forward, letters will be accepted on Saturdays for Sunday darshan. This adjustment was made considering accommodation constraints in Tirumala and the need to streamline darshan schedules for all devotees.
TTD has urged devotees to cooperate with these changes and follow the new guidelines to ensure a smooth and well-organized darshan experience.
