The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) in Tirupati, received huge donations from various organizations.
On the 12th of June, Sunday, the TTD Board confirmed to receive donations worth Rs. 3.20 crores. Notably, the organizations handed over the donation cheques in the presence of TTD officials. They also took blessings of the temple priests with Swami’s Tirtha Prasadam.
According to sources, Mr. Venkateshwarlu Prasada Rao and Mr. Rajamouli, the owners of RS Brothers Group of Hyderabad, donated Rs. 1 crore to SV Pranadana Trust, Rs. 1.20 crores to Balaji Arogya Varaprasadini Trust and Rs. 60 lakh to SV Anna Prasadam Trust. These trusts belong to the TTD.
In addition, Mr. Balachandra and Mr. Swapna Kumar, the owners of Honor Homes in Hyderabad, donated Rs. 40 lakh to the SV Anna Prasadam Trust.
The donations were given to the TTD Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. A.V. Dharma Reddy at the Ranganaikula Mandapam in Tirumala Srivari Temple, Andhra Pradesh.
