The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet reshuffle is said to be a big event in the Telugu State of Andhra Pradesh.  While the final list of the new Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) Cabinet is said to be announced on the 10th of April, Sunday, there are rumours that only 10 ministers including 3 senior ministers Mr. Botcha Satyanarayana, who held the Municipal Administration and Urban Development portfolio, Mr. Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, the former Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Minister, and Mr. Buggana Rajendranath Reddy, the former Finance and Legislative Affairs Minister, are likely to be retained for the same portfolios.  There are a total of 24 Cabinet ministers in Andhra Pradeesh, who submitted their resignations to Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

The new Cabinet, which is expected to be constituted by considering experience, caste and regional equations, is likely to retain experienced hands and the ten former ministers, who are on top of the list of probablities to retain in the Cabinet.

Among others who are likely to be retained include Mr. Kodali Sri Venkateswara Rao (Nani), who held the Civil Supplies portfolio and Mr. Audimulapu Suresh, the former Education Minister.  Former ministers Mr. Taneti Vanitha, Mr. Seediri Appalaraju and Mr. G. Jayaram may also be retained.

Meanwhile, the swearing-in ceremony of the State Cabinet is scheduled to be held in the ground adjacent to the Secretariat on the 11th of April, Monday.  The Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary Sameer Sharma has directed officials to make elaborate arrangements for the smooth conduct of the event.
