The State Election Commission (SEC) Andhra Pradesh (A.P.,) released the schedule for the A.P., Municipal elections.
As per the schedule, the civic body elections would be held on the 10th of March.
Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar, the State Election Commissioner (SEC) announced elections for 12 corporations and 75 municipalities in the State of the Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporation.
According to the schedule, the nomination started immediately and withdrawal of nominations would be from 3:00 P.M., from the 2nd of March to the 3rd of March.
The final list of candidates would be released after 3:00 P.M., on the 3rd of March.
Voters could vote from 7:00 A.M., till 5:00 P.M, on the 10th of March.
This time, the polling would be done twice, while the first time voters could vote on the 10th of March, but due to any reasons, if polling is disturbed, re polling would be held on the 13th of March.
The results of the Civic Polls would be announced on the evening of the 14th of March.
