Eight people travelling in an Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) bus to Piduguralla suffered minor injuries after the bus overturned.
On the 29th of October, the APSRTC bus, travelling from Piduguralla to Hyderabad, hit an electric pole, went off the road and landed in an agriculture field, overturned. The incident took place in Settipalem of Vemulapally mandal, Nalgonda district, Telangana.
The passengers on the bus were reported to have received only minor injuries. The Nalgonda Police reached the spot and started the rescue operation.
The reason as to how the bus rammed into the electric pole is yet to be ascertained.
The Police registered a case and launched an investigation for the same.
