On the 14th of October, Friday, the Border Security Force (BSF) personnel shot down a drone that entered India from the Pakistani side. The drone was recovered along the international border in Punjab’s Gurdaspur around 4:30 A.M.
According to sources, the BSF Personnel, spotted the drone stuck in a tree, suspecting it to be from Pakistan. Following the incident, a massive search operation has been launched in the entire area under the supervision of senior officials of the BSF Punjab.
Meanwhile, in the past 9 months, approximately 192 Pakistani drones, entered Indian territory from Pakistan, of which 8 were shot down.
