Mr. K.T. Rama Rao, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS)) Minister for Information and Technology inaugurated the office of the American Callaway Golf Company at Rayadurg in Hyderabad.
During the inauguration, Mr. K.T. Rama Rao said Hyderabad was ahead of other cities in the country in terms of infrastructure. He also said that Hyderabad also ranks first among the cities for livelihood.
The TRS Working President Mr. K.T. Rama Rao further said, “Happy to set up an office of Callaway in Hyderabad.” Highlighting the fast growth of Telangana in terms of foreign companies’ establishments in the City, the TRS Minister said, “The company has set up its second head office in Hyderabad. Companies like Apple, Google, Uber and Novartis have come to the city. The second largest campuses of the respective companies are located in Hyderabad.”
Taking pride in the development, the TRS MInister said Amazon, the biggest company, has its centre in the city and Callaway would invest more. He also assured the Telangana Government would provide all possible assistance.
Notably, Callaway Golf is setting up its largest digital tech hub in Hyderabad with an investment of Rs. 150 crores. The tech hub would provide employment to approximately 300 people in the City.
