Rayapati Sambasiva Rao, a Member of Parliament (MP) candidate of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP,) on the 2nd of April, promised to solve the water issues in Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh (AP.)

Rayapati Sambasiva Rao will contest the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in AP on a TDP ticket from the Narasaraopet constituency.

Rayapti addressed a public rally in Guntur, during which, he assured the citizens of the District, he will solve the problems of drinking water and irrigation in the area.

Rayapati said, if he wins the Lok Sabha elections, he will ensure the development of the backward regions in Palnadu, Guntur.

Mr. Rao also highlighted the development projects and welfare schemes launched by the Government of the TDP and N.Chandrababu Naidu, the Chief Minister of AP and the President of the TDP.

Rao appealed to the voters and asked them to vote for the TDP, which devoted itself for the welfare of the citizens of Andhra Pradesh.

The Chandrababu Naidu led TDP is conducting several rallies and public meetings across the State, ahead of the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh.

Mr. Naidu will continue his campaigns till the 9th of April in Andhra Pradesh for the upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections.

Andhra Pradesh will contest a total of 25 seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, which are scheduled on the 11th of April.

The major parties contesting the Andhra Pradesh Lok Sabha elections are the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP,) the JanaSena Party, the TDP, the INC and the BJP.

The results of the Andhra Pradesh Lok Sabha elections will be declared on the 23rd of May 2019.
