Telangana Government Issues DCCB Elections Notification

After the Telangana Government concluded the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS) elections, it released the District Cooperative Central Banks (DCCB) election notification.

On the 21st of February, the authority of the DCCB and the District Cooperative Marketing Society (DCMS) issued notifications regarding the DCCB elections.

The Telangan Rashtra Samithi (TRS) after winning the PACS elections is eying to win the DCCB elections.

Directors of the DCCB and DCMS governing bodies would conduct the elections and would issue different notifications for each district in Telangana. In each DCCB and DCMS department, as many as 20 ruling class directors would be elected by the PACS chairman of the each district.

State Cooperative Election Authority Election Notification Issued on: 20-02-2020

Date of Issuing Notice of Election Officer: the 22nd of February

nominations: the 25th of February 8:00 A.M., to 1:00 P.M.

 Examination of Nominations 1:30 P.M., to 3:00 P.M.

 Withdrawal of Nominations 3:30 P.M., to 5:00 P.M.

Election date: the 28th of February, from 8:00 A.M., to 1:00 P.M.

The results of the DBCC elections would be announced immediately after the polling is done.

The elections for the Ruling Directors in the DCCB would be held on the 29th of February.
