Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh is scheduled for a Delhi tour.
According to the source, Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy would leave for Delhi on the 5th of April, Tuesday. He is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi on the evening of Tuesday. As per closed source’s information that an appointment has already been made for this meeting.
The sudden meeting between Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and PM Narendra Modi came days after Mr. Vijayasai Reddy, the Member of Parliament (MP) of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) meeting. Recently, MP Vijayasai Reddy was quoted as saying that the meeting between Prime Minister Modi and Mr. Y.S. Jagan would be possible soon.
Furthermore, during the meeting, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister would seek funds for welfare schemes being implemented in the Telugu State and especially for the Polavaram Project, which would solve many irrigation problems of the farmers of Andhra Pradesh.
It is learned that CM Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy would also address the Andhra Pradesh Bifurcation promises to the Prime Minister. He also said that decentralisation of governance was the goal of his government and that he would seek the cooperation of the centre in three capitals.
Meanwhile, this meeting between the State and the Central leader is also expected to discuss political developments in the State and new alliances.
However, a detailed information regarding the sudden visit of Andhra Pradesh CM would be released after the meeting, scheduled on the 5th of April.
