Chennai: Tamil director and actor Balu Anand passed away on Friday morning at his residence. He was 61. The actor is survived by his wife, daughter and son. He breathed his last due to heart attack.
According to reports, Balu Anand complained of chest pain in the morning and died following a massive heart attack at around 12.30 am.
He acted in nearly 100 films and also directed many Tamil movies. The noted actor appeared in movies including Anbe Sivam, Pistha, Anna Nagar Mudhal Theru and others.
