Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu congratulated the filmmaker SS Rajamouli and the “Baahubali” team. The movie “Baahubali – The Beginning”, directed by Rajamouli, created a storm in the country and overseas with the release. The much-hyped epic drama created an uproar and is doing a good business at the box office.
On Twitter, Mr. Naidu wote, “I congratulate @ssrajamouli & team for creating a masterpiece like #Baahubali. He has showcased might & pride of Telugu Cinema to the world.”
Starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah Bhatia in lead roles. The multi-lingual drama hit screens on July 10 and became a biggest opener in the country. The film managed to collect Rs. 160 crore in three days after the release.
The entire team is being showered with tons of praises for their immense hard work, dedication and commitment towards the project. The second part of the film is expected to hit screens in 2016.
