Hyderabad: The well-deserved appreciation film “Baahubali”, directed by SS Rajamouli, is smashing the box office collections from the day of its release. In just five days post release, the movie managed to collect more than Rs 200 crore. The picture collected Rs 160 crore in three days and is riding high. The latest sensation of Indian Cinema, “Baahubali-The Beginning”, made headlines with the incredible box office collections in the country and overseas as well.
The multi-lingual epic drama won accolades in all the major languages and elevated the standards of Telugu film industry across the globe. The most expensive Indian film is doing a fantastic job at the ticket windows and also re-creating the records of Bollywood. It emerged as the biggest opener of 2015.
The visual spectacular enthralled the audience with MM Keeravani’s music, Rama Rajamouli’s costumes and art direction. The most-talked-about movie fetaures Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah Bhatia and Anushka Shetty in lead characters. It also stars Ramya Krishnan, Nassar, Sathya Raj and Sudeep in crucial roles.
However, the first part “Baahubali-The Beginning” is crushing all the earlier records and setting new benchmarks in the film industry. The second installment is expected to hit big screens in 2016.
