Hyderabad: Tinsel town is abuzz that the much-hyped project of Mani Ratnam, starring Nani in a lead role, has been shelved. Reports surfaced in Telugu film industry that the much-talked-about film has been shelved due to certain reasons. It is heard that because of few issues in the scripting stage, Mani Ratnam has decided to shelf the movie. However, there is no official confirmation in this regard.
It is known to everyone that Nani is very much interested to act in Mani’s film and it was a magical moment for Nani, when he was roped in for a lead role in the Mani’s movie. It seems, may be Nani has to wait for some more time to work with the ace filmmaker.
At present, Mani Ratnam is prepping up another project, which is yet-to-be-titled. He is also busy with the work of pre-production for his forthcoming movie with actor Dhanush. On the other hand, Nani is busy shooting for his upcoming film under the direction of Hanu Raghavapudi, who shot to fame with “Andala Rakshasi”.
