Chennai: Super star Rajinikanth starrer “Kabali” is one of the most-awaited films in the industry. Accusing the makers of “Kabali”, Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan said that the makers copied the official poster of “Madaari”. Both the posters look alike with similar kind of backgrounds and vertical faces of the actors.
When asked about the similarities of pictures, the actor said, “We are small filmmakers… I saw that Rajinikanthji ki film ne humara poster chori kar liya. You see their film’s poster and our film’s poster. No issues. You watch his film and our film too.”
However, the fanatic fans of South super star have apparently clarified that the poster was a fan-made one and not the official one.
Directed by Pa. Ranjith, the upcoming action thriller “Kabali” features Rajinikanth in a title role and also stars Radhika Apte in a romantic lead role. The movie is expected to hit theatres on July 15. An announcement is still awaited.
