65 Killed In Syria Blasts

At least 65 people were killed in a series of explosions in the coastal cities of Jableh and Tartous on Monday, according to Syrian state TV. The blasts include suicide bombings, according to the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. Reports added that one suicide bomber on foot and a car bomber hit the bus station in Tartous.

The state media also reported that a hospital and bus stations were among the targets. A news agency linked to so-called Islamic State (IS) says the jihadist group was behind the attacks.
