Prakal: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president Revanth Reddy said that Congress party gave political birth to Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) chief K Chandrasekhar Rao, but he deceived the same party which gave him life. Addressing election campaigns and public meetings at various constituencies on Monday, Revanth said that KCR started his journey as president of Youth Congress.
Revanth Reddy said that former prime minister Indira Gandhi brought great reforms which changed the face of the country. He demanded KCR to apologize to Indira Gandhi for his objectionable remarks against her. Revanth said that KCR always tries to suppress the voice which questions the corruption and hence he wants to suppress the Congress party leaders.
Revanth said that Sonia Gandhi who gave Telangana made six assurances to Telangana people and COngress is committed to her promises. He said that the Congress party will fulfill all promises given in the election manifesto.
Revanth alleged that KCR and BRS publicizes that Telangana is number one in development, but they are actually hiding the facts that the state is number one in corruption, un employment and farmers suicides.
Revanth indirectly targeted Sunitha Lakshma Reddy who joined BRS and said that people of Telangana will teach her a lesson.
