The fourth case involved Rs. 3.31 crores embezzled from the Dumka treasury from December 1995 to January 1996. Lalu Prasad has been convicted in all the Fodder Scam Cases so far.

The first one’s hearing in 2013 convicted Mr. Yadav and sentenced him to five years. The CBI Court convicted Yadav in the second case as well on the 23rd of December 2017. In the second case the RJD Chief was sentenced to three and a half years in jail. In January this year, he was convicted in the third case and sentenced to five years imprisonment. There are two more cases against the former chief minister, one in Ranchi and the other in Patna.
