Bangalore: Harish Kumar who is 32 years old, killed his two daughters by giving them poison before taking his own life. He is a soldier who was posted in Assam.
On Wednesday morning, the incident came to light when Harish’s wife knocked the door of the bedroom and found no response. So she peeped into the room and witnessed Harish hanging. Somehow, she opened the door with the help of neighbors and saw two of her minor daughters, Rajitha and Krutika lying on the bed.
As per the report, Harish, who lives in Hennur hanged himself after killing his two daughters by giving them rose water mixed with poison.
“None is responsible for our deaths. Owing to some family related issues, I am killing my daughters and committing suicide,” read the suicide note.
According to sources, Harish who had joined the army in 2016 came to Bangalore on leave on July 17. He was supposed to report back to the army on August 5. The reason behind his extreme step is not confirmed yet.
The cops have registered a case and an investigation is going on.
