Karimnagar: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) alleged that Telangana will become bankrupt similar to Srilanka if Bharat Rashtra Samithi(BRS) forms the government again. BJP national general secretary and Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay targeted BRS at a few public meetings. He alleged that BRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) will steal the lands of Road Transport Corporation (RTC) with a 99 years lease if they come into power.
Sanjay alleged that the BRS government is simply renaming the union government schemes and showcasing them as their own schemes. “Center is giving money for procuring paddy. The Union government is laying roads in villages and arranging street lights. BRS leaders are shamelessly claiming them as their achievements,” Sanjay alleged.
He said that 74 cases were registered against him for fighting against the odds of the BRS government and he was sent to jail twice, but nothing made him quit his fight against the BRS.
Sanjay said that BRS is in fear of defeat and hence minister Gangula Kamalakar is heading to distribute Rs.100 crores at Karimnagar to defeat him.
