On Friday, a car bomb exploded at a police headquarters in the town of Cizre in Turkey. At least nine are reported to have been killed and dozens injured in the explosion.
According to reports, the news channel NTV showed large plumes of smoke billowing from the site which it said was a police checkpoint.
After receiving credible information, ambulances rushed to the blast site. More details are still awaited.
