In California, an Indian student who basically belongs to Telangana was shot in a shop where he had taken up a part time job.
The victim, Mubeen Ahmed is a 26 year old boy who is pursuing MS from California University. After the incident, his father got a call telling that Mubeen was critical and unconscious from the hospital where he was admitted.
The incident took place at 6 P.M. on June 4. The family was informed about the incident on June 5.
“The hospital authorities have called me and said my son is in ICU and in critical condition. We require a visa to be with him,” said Mujib Ahmed, the father of the victim who works for a defense establishment.
As per the report,the victim has gone to California in February 2015.
They had met the Irrigation Minister, T.Harish Rao and the other public representatives who were helpful, Mujib said.
Majlis Bachao Tehreek (MBT) leader, Amjedullah Khan has written to the Union External Affairs Minister, Sushma Swaraj and the NRI Affair Minister, K. T Rama Rao to help Mubeen’s family.
