On Friday, Kim Jong Un the Leader of North Korea decided to respond to President Trump’s threat at the United Nations. Trump said the U.S., would have no choice but to destroy North Korea if it continued to build its nuclear weapons. To this Kim Jong Un said he was considering the, “highest level of hard line countermeasure.”

A statement was published by the Korean Central News Agency that said Trump was a “gangster fond of playing with fire.”

The statement also said Trump was an unfit president and his speech at the U.N., was “mentally deranged behavior.”

Kim Jong Un went on to say, “I am now thinking hard about what response he could have expected when he allowed such eccentric words to trip off his tongue. Whatever Trump might have expected, he will face results beyond his expectation.”

The North Korean leader did not mention the type of countermeasure but did mention that he would, “definitely tame the mentally deranged U.S., dotard with fire.”

The Supreme Leader said, “The mentally deranged behavior of the U.S., president openly expressing onthe U.N. arena the unethical will to ‘totally destroy’ a sovereign state…makes even those with normal thinking faculty think about discretion and composure.”

He further added, “I’d like to advise Trump to exercise prudence in selecting words and to be considerate of whom he speaks to when making a speech in front of the world.”

Both countries are playing hardball and neither of them wants to back down. The U.N., has imposed multiple sanctions on North Korea but Kim Jong Un refuses to settle for peace. On the other hand, Trump is also being intransigent with a major ego and refuses to find alternative measures instead of just threatening North Korea.
