Amaravathi: In a significant political development, Mr. Chandrababu Naidu will return to the Andhra Pradesh Assembly on Friday in his capacity as Chief Minister. Naidu had vowed on November 19, 2021, to re-enter the Assembly only as the Chief Minister after walking out in protest against derogatory remarks made by the then ruling party members about his family.

Naidu had labeled the Assembly as a “Kourava Sabha,” expressing his discontent with the decorum of the House. He pledged to come back only when the Assembly regained its respectability.

True to his word, Mr. Chandrababu Naidu, who has not set foot in the Assembly since his protest, is now re-entering as Chief Minister for the fourth time. He comes with the support of 164 members, a testament to his political resurgence and leadership.

Naidu’s return marks a proud moment for him and his supporters, symbolizing a new era of governance and commitment to the people of Andhra Pradesh.
