The Madhya Pradesh (MP) Government is planning to provide approximately 70 % jobs to the local youths in the State.
Kamal Nath, the Chief Minister of MP, on the 9th of July, said, the MP Government is planning to implement a law, according to which, 70 % jobs would be provided to the local youths in the private sectors.
Kamal Nath, after taking oath as the Chief Minister of MP, promised the youths of the State he would provide them jobs. He also said, the State Government will also provide incentives to the industries which give 70 % jobs to the youths of the State.
Mr. Nath also indicated, people from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh will get employment at the cost of the local population.
During the Question Hour of the State Assembly session, Mr. Nath said, although he had to face criticism from the leaders of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, he will implement 70 % reservation of jobs for local youths.
In defense, Mr. Nath said, the youths of MP will lose a chance to qualify in competitive exams in different states like Gujarat, Maharashtra and West Bengal as the exam is in the local language, which reduces the candidates’ chances to clear the exam.
Kamal Nath said, “The MP government would also ensure that local youths get priority in jobs in the State.”
The Madhya Pradesh Assembly session started from the 8th of July and will continue till the 26th of July.
