Amaravati: Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan launched a scathing attack on YSRCP leaders, accusing them of fostering a culture of violence and lawlessness in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly. Speaking during the Motion of Thanks to the Governor’s Address, Pawan remarked that witnessing YSRCP’s actions reminded him of Vivekananda Reddy’s murder. He questioned whether such behavior would be tolerated in the presence of a Governor or Supreme Court judge.

Pawan Kalyan recalled various controversial incidents under the previous government, including the demolition of Prajavedika, the destruction of 200 temples, the suspicious death of Dr. Sudhakar, the Jangareddygudem illicit liquor tragedy, social media criticism against High Court judges, attacks on journalists, and the Tirupati temple laddu mismanagement scandal. He condemned the 53-day imprisonment of Chandrababu Naidu and the alleged victimization of Amaravati farmers through false cases.

Apologizing to the Governor for YSRCP’s behavior, he asserted that the NDA government is working responsibly. He highlighted their achievements, such as constructing 4,000 km of CC roads in six months and preventing the privatization of the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. Pawan declared that the NDA alliance would stay in power for 15 years, ensuring Andhra Pradesh’s progress.
