The Cyberabad Traffic Police, on the 2nd of February, issued a traffic alert for the residents of Hyderabad.

Traffic congestion will be seen in Kukatpally for 10 long days, starting from the 2nd of February, due to the laying of a new cement concrete (CC) road from Vivekananda Nagar Colony, connecting the National Highway (NH) 44 Road in Kukatpally.

The traffic coming from JNTU to Vivekananda Nagar Colony will be diverted towards the Usha Mullapudi Kaman. From the Kaman, they must travel via the Jagadgirigutta Road and then enter the Vivekananda Nagar Colony through the K.L. Bar road, Allwyn Colony. The vehicles coming from Jagadgirigutta towards Kukatpally and the Kukatpally Housing Board Colony (KPHB) will be diverted towards the Usha Mullapudi Kaman.

People are advised to follow the above routes to avoid traffic congestion for 10 days.
