Jagan Mohan Reddy, the President of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP,) is holding a public rally, as of 6:00 P.M., on the 5th of March, in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
The Samara Samkhara Sabha (public rally) began around 4:00 P.M., and the citizens of Nellore were excited for the rally, being held at the S.V.G.S. Ground, Nellore.
Jagan reached Vimanasana, where he was welcomed by the senior leaders of the YSRCP, Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, Mithun Reddy and Narayana Swamy Sana.
Mr. Reddy left for Nellore by road and reached around 4:15 P.M.
The rally is said to be the campaign strategy of the YSRCP ahead of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections.
Andhra Pradesh will contest a total of 175 Assembly seats in the upcoming elections, which are scheduled between April and May 2019. The major parties contesting are the YSRCP, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and the JanaSena Party.
