Hyderabad: A bump for Revanth and Co. Revanth Reddy bail hearing postponed. We have already told you about judicial custody of 14 days being imposed on Telangana TDP MLA Revanth Reddy in the case of ‘Vote for Note’. Court postponed the investigation on his bail petition.
Going into the details,the court ordered ACB to file a counter argument before Friday. The court made it clear that all the arguments will be heard on the same day.
The accusations against Revanth Reddy is that he tried to pay off a nominated MLA vote during the MLC elections. He was arrested on this context by the ACB officials on Sunday.
Revanth Reddy was produced before the court on Monday, during which his lawyers filed a bail petition. Revanth Reddy is now currently being held in Chanchalguda jail.
