After the Apple store in Mumbai, India witnessed the second Apple store, launched in Saket, Delhi.
The iPhone maker opened its second flagship outlet in New Delhi’s Saket. The shop was launched by tech giant’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Tim Cook.
It is to be noted, for the grand opening, the Apple Company decided it to be the occasion of the company’s 25th anniversary in India. Apple has big plans for India, including a more robust environment for app developers, a focus on sustainability, community initiatives across numerous cities and localized manufacturing.
Speaking of the Delhi Apple Store, located at Select Citywalk Mall in Delhi, the barricade for Apple Saket features a unique design that takes inspiration from Delhi’s many gates.
However, the Saket store is smaller than the Apple store opened in Jio World Drive at Bandra Kurla Complex on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the long queues of Apple enthusiasts extended outside the mall too as fans jostled to catch a glimpse of the store and the company’s CEO Tim Cook.
Many people were seen holding their Apple devices as they witnessed the inauguration of the Apple Store in Delhi.
