AP BJP In Charge Neeraja Reddy Passes Away In Road Accident

Ms. Neeraja Reddy, a former Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA)  and a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in charge of Aluru in Kurnool, passed away.

The former MLA passed away on the 16th of April, in a road accident.  The BJP leader was traveling from Hyderabad to Kurnool, when her car overturned after a tire burst at Beechupally in Telangana.  Ms. Neeraja Reddy was rushed to Sri Chakra Hospital, where she succumbed to injuries.

Highlighting the political career of Ms. Neeraja Reddy, she was a prominent political personality in the State of Andhra Pradesh.  In 2009, she won as an MLA under the leadership of the the ruling party, the Indian National Congress (INC.)

However, she resigned from the INC in 2011 and distanced herself from politics.  Later, in 2019, Ms.Neeraja Reddt against started her political career and joined the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP,) but soon she switched to the BJP.
