Critical information has surfaced that could put Honeypreet Insaan in hot water. Five Dera Sacha Sauda supporters, in police custody, have claimed ‘papa’s angel’ was the mastermind behind the violence in Panchkula on 25th August. The supporters have also accused her of funding the riot.
In the supporters statement, they revealed Honeypreet conducted a meeting at Sirsa on 17th August and sanctioned a fund of Rs. 1.25 crores.
After evading arrest for more than a month Honeypreet was arrested on 3rd October.
The five Dera supporters who made the statement were Rakesh, Dan Singh, Surinder Singh, Dilawar and Chamkaur Singh. The police have videotaped their statements that also claim Honeypreet handled the finances of the Dera as well as Ram Rahim’s movements.
Claims have also been made that Honeypreet plotted to help Ram Rahim escape police custody a week before his conviction.
The Haryana Police are planning to conduct a narco test on Honeypreet. A narco analysis test is when the subject is injected with Sodium Pentothal or Sodium Amytal to neutralize their imagination, making the subject semi conscious and harder for the subject to lie.
Honeypreet was interrogated by the Haryana SIT but she remained evasive about her whereabouts and was tough to interrogate.
