The National Testing Agency (NTA) once again revised the dates for the 2022 National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET).
On the 7th of April, the NTA announced that the medical entrance exam NEET would be conducted on the 17th of July. Furthermore, the registration process for the 2022 entrance exam has already started on the 6th of April and would continue till the 6th of May. Candidates could pay the application fee for the registration till the 7th of May, till 11:59 P.M. According to sources, the NEET 2022 exams would be organised across the country in 13 languages. However, the cities where the NEET exams would be conducted are yet to be announced.
In addition, the exam paper pattern would remain the same, as it was previously announced and the exam would be conducted for three hours and twenty minutes, that is from 2:00 P.M., to 5:20 P.M.
Meanwhile, the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Mains 2022, an entrance exam for engineering colleges, would be conducted in June and July. The first session of the engineering entrance exam JEE Mains has been rescheduled for June, while the second session would be in July.
The first session which was previously scheduled in April and May now has been rescheduled from the 20th of June 20 to the 29th of June.
