Mr. Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India, would hand over 71,000 appointment letters to recruits, under the ‘Rozgar Mela’ initiative taken by the Government of India.
The letters would be distributed to 71,000 recruits through video conference, scheduled to be held on the 22nd of November, Tuesday. The notification regarding the same was issued by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO.) On the 21st of November, Monday, the PMO released an official notice which read, “The letter will be handed over as part of the government’s ‘Rozgar Mela’ (employment fair.)” It further said, “The drive is a step toward fulfilling his commitment to according highest priority to employment generation.”
Highlighting the jobs, with this ‘Rozgar Mela’ initiative posts of teachers, nurses, technical staff, Radiographers, nursing staff, Pharmacists, doctors and other government posts were filled. The majority of recruitments were made by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in the Central Armed Police Force (CAPF.)
The physical copies of the employment letters would be given to employees across India, except Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat due to the Model Code of Conduct, amid elections.
Moreover, this is the second time the Central Governmet is distributing job letters to the recruits, the first was held in October earlier. In the earlier conclude Rozgar Mela, Mr. Narendra Modi handed over approximately 75,000 appointment letters to eligible people, across India.
