Mr. Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India is going to address the nation at 10:00 A.M., Friday.
The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) announced the same in a tweet. The official Twitter handle of the PMO posted a tweet, “PM @narendramodi will address the nation at 10am today.”

The announcement of address to the nation came a day after India administered more than 100 crores vaccine doses. Another expected reason for the sudden address to the nation could be the upcoming festive season, which could possibly bring the third wave of COVID-19. India crossed the 1 billion (100 crore) mark of administering the Wuhan virus (COVID-19) vaccine doses today, the 21st of October.
So far, the Indian Health Department administered over 100 crore vaccination doses and touched the 100 crore landmark on Thursday. With this historic achievement, India would be the only nation, which has given 100 crore anti Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) doses.
During the address to the nation, Mr. Modi may stress on the need to not let one’s guard down during the ongoing festive season and follow the appropriate behavior for COVID-19.
