New Delhi: In connection with Sheena Bora murder case, the CBI conducted searches at nine different places across the country on Monday. The searches were conducted at 2 different places in Kolkata, 3 locations in Mumbai, one in Chindwara, 2 places in Goa and one in Guwahati. The team also reaches Indrani’s residence in Guwahati.
Sheena Bora’s mother Indrani Mukherjea, the prime suspect in the murder case, and two others will be produced in a court for further remand. Till the remand ends on October 19, the court allowed the CBI to question Indrani at Byculla jail.
An application has been moved by the CBI before a magistrate court. The application seeks permission to interrogate the accused- Indrani Mukherjea, her former husband Sanjeev Khanna and driver Shyamvar Rai.
