After the beginning of the Andhra Pradesh Grama Panchayat elections, the State is all set to conduct another elections.
On the 11th of February, the State Election Commission (SEC) announced the election schedule for the two Teacher, Members of the Legislative Council (MLCs) positions.
The Teacher MLC elections for East Godavari, West Godavari, Guntur and Krishna districts respectively.
Besides Andhra Pradesh, Telangana would also conduct elections for two teacher MLC constituencies.
The Election Commission has released the schedule in regard to this.
According to the released schedule, the polling for the elections is to be held on the 14th of March.
In regard to this, a notification would be released on the 16th of February, which would begin the filing of nominations. The last date of filing nominations would be the 23rd of February.
Voters would exercise their right to vote from 8:00 A.M., till 4:00 P.M.
The results of the votes would be announced on the 17th of March.
