Khammam: Chief minister A Revanth Reddy asserted that every eligible poor will get the house under ‘Indiramma Illu’ scheme. Revanth announced that the government will construct 4.5 lakh houses worth Rs.22,500 crores.

Revanth Reddy said that 3500 houses will be constructed at every assembly constituency. Revanth along with deputy chief minister Bhatti Vikramarka launched the houses at Market Yard ground at Bhadrachalam and handed over 21 houses to the tribals.

Revanth said that both Modi and KCR deceived the people in the name of their own houses, but never took a step forward in constructing new houses for the poor. Modi promised to double the income of farmers by 2022, but failed to fulfill it, he said.

Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy said that 17 lakh people of the state will soon get the house site Pattas for free. “We are not a government like BRS which bluffed with false promises. Every eligible poor will get a house and we are committed to our promise,” Reddy said.
