In Hyderabad, Mohammed Abdul Musi, owner of Pista House restaurant, gave employment to 1,000 unemployed youths and students during the holy month of Ramadan.
Most of the employed youths have been given roles like cashier, helper, and supervisor at 25 outlets, spread across Hyderabad. Most of the employed youths are working as part-time workers, from 4:00 P.M., to 9:00 P.M. Addressing the media, Abdul Musi said, it is a privilege for him that he is able to provide employment to the unemployed youths in the City.
Furthermore, the major reason for this is the preparation of Haleem, a special dish that has a huge demand for Eid-Ul-Fitr, and is tough to prepare. It is to be noted that preparation of Haleem requires at least 400 people, and is tough to prepare especially during Ramadan, when the dish is needed to be sent to various places in India.
Meanwhile, Haleem has become a popular dish in regions like Maharashtra, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
