The investigation and land survey related to the Eatala Rajender land grabbing case. The Huzurabad Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) and a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Mr. Eatala Rajender is alleged of encroachment of lands of farmers in Hakimpet in Telangana.

Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, ordered the probe into the allegations against Mr. Eatala Rajender in June.  However, they had stopped the survey as the Jamuna Hatcheries filed a writ petition in the High Court citing COVID-19. 

After the clearance of the same and controlled Wuhan virus situation, the probe finally started and the concerned officials reached Hakimpet and began the land survey of Jamuna hatcheries, the 18 acres land.  Mr. Malathi, the Tahsildar of Masaipet, the Survey Deputy Inspector Ms. Lakshmi Sujatha would conduct the survey. 

In regard to this, the Toopran Revenue District Officer (RDO) issued a notice to Mr. Eatala Rajender, his wife Satyamani Jamuna and son Nithin Reddy, on the 8th of November.   

Through the notice, they informed that the Revenue and Survey departments would be resuming the combined survey from the 16th of November to the 18th of November in survey number 97 at Hakimpet village in Masaipet mandal of Medak.
