Expressing disappointment over the ongoing works of the Information Technology (IT) Tower Works in Siddipet, Mr. T. Harish Rao, the Finance Minister of Telangana, set a deadline.
On the 10th of January, Tuesday, Mr. T. Harish Rao reviewed the progress of the tower works and directed the contracting agency to complete the work by March 2023. Talking to officials while reviewing the progress of the IT Tower work, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Minister said about 60% of the construction work was completed so far and asked the officials to expedite the work.
Notably, the K. Chandrashekar Rao led BRS Government has announced that the IT Tower in Siddipet would be inaugurated in April. Earlier, the deadline for the inauguration was January 2023, but the contracting agency could not complete the work in the given deadline, following which the State Government extended the inauguration date.
Once ready, the IT Tower in Siddipet would increase employment for youths and locals in the region.
