The Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society (TMREIS) announced the schedule for the entrance exams for admissions in classes 5,6,7,8 and intermediate courses.
On the 11th of March, the TMREIS released the application date to be accepted till the 14th of April. Students could apply online and the entrance examination would be conducted in May.
Getting into the details, the entrance examination for class 5 would be held on the 9th of May, for classes 6,7,8 on the 10th of May, and entrance exam for intermediate courses on the 21st of May.
Furthermore, the Telangana Government-run gurukul schools also released the notification for admissions of class 5 students. Eligible students could apply online by paying Rs. 100.
According to sources, a total of 48,280 seats are available in the Scheduled Caste (SC,) the Scheduled Tribe (ST,) the Backward Class (BC), and general gurukul schools for the fifth standard.
