The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government led by Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao announced to fill job vacancies at junior colleges and universities under the Telangana State Board Intermediate Education Department.
The State Government’s Junior College Lecturers Association welcomed the decision of the Telangana Government, issued on the evening of the 22nd of July. Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, called for 1,523 vacant posts of lecturers, and librarians.
The recruitment in various categories would be held under the control of the Commissioner of Intermediate Education. Furthermore, the State Government also issued a notification to fill over 2,400 vacancies in the Education Department.
The posts would be filled through a State Public Service Commission examination and directed to the Commissioner of Intermediate Education to expedite the process. The Government asked the Commissioner to provide details of the category-wise vacancies and reservation roster points to the State Finance Department.
Dr. P. Madhusudhan Reddy, the President of the Government Junior Lecturers Association welcomed the decision of the State government and assured to fulfil posts soon.
Furthermore, the notification came as a piece of good news for the unemployed youths of Telangana, who would be eligible for the exams and get employment.
