In Telangana’s Wanaparthy region, a tragic accident was reported, killing three people and leaving 15 injured.
According to sources, the incident took place in the wee hours of the 21st of November, Monday, when a Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) bus rammed into a sugarcane loaded tractor.
Getting into the details, the incident took place near Mummallapalli, Kothakota Mandal, Wanaparthy district, Telangana. According to the sources, the bus left Miyapur depot and was travelling from Hyderabad to Bengaluru with 48 passengers onboard.
Furthermore, among the three deceased, two were the bus driver and a cleaner, whereas one was a passenger on board. The deceased were identified as Anjaneyulu, 42, Shivanna, 56 and Sandeep, 35. Furthermore, the remaining 15 injured people are undergoing treatment at Wanarpathy Hospital.
The police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the matter.
