Mr. Errabelli Dayakar Rao, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Minister, on the 6th of April, launched 60 double-bedroom houses in Katakshapur of Hanumakonda.
On Wednesday, the 60 2BHK houses were constructed worth Rs. 3 crores were inaugurated under the housing for the poor scheme of the K. Chandrashekar Rao led TRS Government. According to sources, during the event, Mr. Errabelli Dayakar Rao handed over the papers of the 2BHK house to the eligible beneficiaries. Addressing the people, Errabelli Dayakar Rao said he likes only two chief ministers in his 40 years of his political career, one is Mr. N.T. Rama Rao and now Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao. He said he saw the then chief minister NT Rama Rao at a young age, who was the first leader to provide pensions to the poor and similarly Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, who is working towards the development of Telangana and its poor people. He said that the Telangana CM KCR has credited Rs. 2,000 pension for the poor.
Furthermore, he took a dig at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) who neglected the poor and said that the BJP ruled states only provide Rs. 500 pensions for the poor. Mr. Errabelli DayakarRao also criticised the Indian National Congress (INC) which only provides Rs. 300 pension.
