IMDB gives higher rating for ‘Baahubali’ than ‘300’: SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus ‘Baahubali’ is offering a series of shocks for both common audiences and reviewers alike. The movie already emerged as the highest first day grosser of all time. No other film, not even Bollywood collected 60 crore on its first day.
Now Baahubali is unsettling Hollywood movies too. The Movie surpassed the success of ‘300’ in IMDB rating. Baahubali earned a rating of 9.5 out of 10 in IMDB, where as the rating of ‘300’ in IMDB was only 7.8.
‘Baahubali’, made with a whooping budget of Rs 250 crores is the most expensive movie in the history of Indian cinema.
IMDB is an International Movie Database. Its rating is the most accepted worldwide and is considered as one of the most genuine source of rating the movies.
According to IMDB standards, a score of 7/10 makes the movie worth watching, ‘Baahubali’s achievement with a 9.5 rating is a symbol of Indian cinema’s growth.
But, one has to note down that ‘300’ scored 7.8 from 551,568 users , where as Baahubali scored 9.4 from just 12,900 users. Can Baahubali maintain the momentum to surpass the ‘300’ only time will tell.
