Katamarayudu Killing It in Theaters

The Power Star is back with a bang with his latest release Katamarayudu. The film comes with the dual purpose of making the fans happy after a long gap of them seeing the actor onscreen and getting Pawan Kalyan back into the A league after the debacle of Sardaar Gabbar Singh.

As far as the story goes, Katamarayudu is about a generous village leader whose sole purpose is to look after his territory and make sure that the farmers get their due. He lives in this area in a palatial house with four brothers (played by Ajay, Siva Balaji, Chaitanya Krishna and Kamal Kamaraju) over whom he dotes. Love trouble comes when the brothers are ready to be married but Pawan Kalyan’s Katamarayudu, detests all romantic relationships with women. How the brothers make him and Shruti Haasan fall in love while he tries to keep trouble at bay is what this movie is about.

On the whole, the film has lighter moments in the first half and an intense second half building up to great climax. The actors showcase their talent well in this family drama with Pawan Kalyan giving his best. Directed by Kishore Kumar Pardasani and produced by North Star Entertainments, Katamarayudu is what it promises to be – a typical Telugu drama film that will take you on a journey.

So let’s look at how the public responded to the Power star’s return to the silver screen with this much awaited movie.

Well looks like Pawan Kalyan has a winner on his hands with Katamarayudu and the actor seems to be standing by the remake mantra as the speculations are doing rounds of him featuring in even the remake of the Tamil movie Theri. We hope that Pawan continuous on his success streak.
