Mr. Pawan Kalyan, the Chief of the JanaSena Party, addressed a public meeting Pithapuram, Andhra Pradesh.
On the 15th of June, Thursday, Mr. Pawan Kalyan addressed the meeting and highlighted about the party’s achievements, welfare of the people and slammed the opposition. During his meeting, the JanaSena Chief has called for everyone to participate in politics regardless of their good intentions. He said, if conscious people do not participate in politics, anarchy will prevail.
Furthermore, taking a dig at the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) Government, Mr. Pawan Kalyan said, the YSRCP harassed some people by abusing government systems for raising issues and saying problems, and the idea of Janavani was born from such real incidents. In addition, he also responded assertively to former Minister and senior YSRCP leader Perni Nani’s remarks, which sought to undermine him and question his political consistency.
Mr. Pawan Kalyan asserted his serious commitment to politics and assured that his party will instigate meaningful change.
Reacting to Perni Nani’s statements, Pawan Kalyan criticized him, remarking that even in his cinema career, he would refrain from portraying some of the behavior and gestures exhibited by Nani. The Jana Sena Chief conveyed that he would not constantly defend himself against allegations, emphasizing his belief in action over words. He stressed that his focus is on making a positive difference through political action, rather than merely responding to criticism.
Later, during the meeting, the JanaSena President inaugurated Janavani programme, organized in Pithapuram. More than 130 applications were received from various communities in this program. In addition, Mr. Pawan Kalyan spoke to the media. He said that Varahi Vijayatra was undertaken to bring change in AP politics. He criticized that even though the state is divided and our region is suffering economically due to many losses, the leaders here are irresponsible and indulge in caste politics leaving the development of the state.
Mr. Pawan Kalyan also said that we should have regional unity and development of Andhra should be the only goal.
Notably, the public meeting came amid the ongoing Varihan Yatra, launched by the JanaSena Party in Andhra Pradesh.
