On the 14th of October, Andhra Pradesh reported 3,892 new cases of the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.
For the 8th consecutive day, the cases were reported below 5,000 and active cases below 42,000.
As per the media bulletin released in the evening of the 14th of October.
In the past 24 hours, the State recorded 3,892 new COVID-19 cases and 5,050 recoveries.
Of the total new cases, highest were reported from East Godavari (607,) West Godavari (518,) Krishna (458) and Chittoor (405.)
In addition, the Andhra Pradesh Health Department conducted a total of 69,463 tests for the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19 taking the total to 67,82,273.
The recovery rate of Andhra Pradesh in the COVID-19 cases crossed 85%.
Andhra Pradesh has a total of 7,67,479 positive cases, of which 41,669 are active cases, 7,19,477 are recovered/discharged cases and 6,319 deceased cases.
