Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the President of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP,) on the 28th of May, conducted a meeting with L.V. Subramanyam, the Chief Secretary and R.P. Thakur, the Director General of Police of Andhra Pradesh (AP.)

The officials from the Indian Public Service (IPS,) Crime Scene Investigator (CSI) officers and other officials of the police department were also present at the meeting.

During the meeting, Jagan discussed the arrangements of the oath taking ceremony which will be held on the 30th of May.

The Police officials and the YSRCP members arranged high security, LED screens, waterproof tests, barricades and other security measures at the venue.

According to sources, 18 different types of galleries and media people will be present at the stadium. Two officers will be stationed at each gallery. The government set up separate arrangements for the Governor, judiciary, Indian Administrative Service officers, IPS officers, Members of Parliament (MPs,) Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs,) Members of the Legislative Council (MLCs) and the families of all these officials.

Approximately 11,500 passes will be issued by the general administrative division. On the other hand, 15,000 to 20,000 people are allowed to attend the oath taking ceremony from the general galleries of the stadium.

R.P. Thakur and Dwaraka Tirumala Rao Vijayawada, the City Police Commissioner of AP, examined the arrangements for the ceremony.

Jagan Mohan Reddy is scheduled to take oath as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh at Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium in Vijayawada.
